Traveling back from Christmas vacation I got a grinding noise in a front wheel. The insurance road service provided tow truck took my truck to ITP. Shannon diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, replaced 4wd front hub, and had me back on the road to Pensacola in less than an hour. Job well done.
On July 13th, on the way to Louisiana, I hit an object that was in the middle of the road. Luckily someone saw the incident and referred Interstate to us which was a few miles away from where I had the accident. Steve, the guy that picked us up (I think his name was Todd), and the mechanics were super nice to us! I had to go through my insurance company because the repairs were extensive. Every time I called everyone was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They put my mind at ease because I live in Atlanta and my vehicle was in Alabama. I picked up my truck yesterday and she is running fine! Thanks Steve and the rest of your staff! You guys have been great!
Your turn Steve. What are you going to say to make this not look like taking advantage of a stranded motorist?
We had an emergency stop here about two hours in to a ten hour trip when we discovered that we had an oil leak. Everyone was very friendly and pulled our car in immediately, even though they were already very busy. They updated us several times on the issue and the status of the repair. They had us on the road again in less than two hours. Their prices were very fair, and their service was exceptional!
Car troubles left my family stranded 70 miles North of Mobile late Sunday of a holiday weekend. The Interstate team was responsive and professional in getting the car to Mobile for repair. The equipment was clean and the driver, Todd M., made my family feel secure in a precarious situation. Thanks for saving us!
The good. The bad. The ugly. This shop worked our Winnebago in late on a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. But, at a cost. The part cost us $126.76 plus $11.41 tax. Amazon sells the same part for $44.88, no tax. Our labor, "after hour rate" totaled $179.59. On the invoice it states "May have other problems. We didn't have enough time to diagnose other issues". Thank God for that! The mechanic left tools on board which I returned. As the shop was now closed, we hit the road and I noticed that the "check engine soon" light was not cleared and was still on. Our total bill cost us $317.76.
