I orders a package and it got delayed b the road was closed when it wasn't. They have berry lazy drivers that don't feel like they should deliver a package when you need it!
It is unfortunate that people mostly leave reviews when things do go well. I average receiving a shipment weekly and over the past 2 years I have never had a problem. The drivers have always been happy, friendly and helpful. Thanks FEDEX for the great job you do for us.
We have been waiting for packages that were suppose to be delivered Friday..they did not arrive. Tracking showed delivery on Saturday..they did not come so I called the facility in evergreen to explain I needed those packages asap. Our business is closed on Monday so I talked to customer service to explain to please deliver and gave them both of my numbers. Online it says attempted delivery but I received a phone call telling me it wasn't on truck so they would not deliver because they didn't get the message in time..so if calling on Saturday they don't have enough time to get a message by monday..that worries me and not the way to run a business. I wish I could have gave a -5 star.
Awful as always. I am having to drive into another state - round trip 5 hours- to get a package. Not the first time.
keep delivering packages to the wrong house. After 4 years of delivering here at least 3 times a month you would think they could get it right.
