Food was well cooked, burger was not overdone and fries were hot. Eating area was very clean and tidy, we did arrive just before closing time and were given our to eat in food in a to go bag. We are traveling and stayed there anyway. Workers were friendly and cheerful.
Outside there seemed to be a crowd gathering in the rear of the restaurant...not sure what was going on with that. :/
Food not too bad. Establishment was filthy for having health score of 95. Employee in lobby was focused in one area. No napkins and tables needed wiping. Cashier was polite.
Restrooms could have been cleaner, (both) Women's had a toilet over flowing and my husband said the men's restroom wasn't very clean either.
Food was great, servers were pleasant and courteous. Slightly understaffed and struggling to keep timely service expected for fast food.
The first thing we saw was a table with trash on it because the trash can was overflowing. None of the seats or tables are clean so we cleaned our own. All the trash bins are overflowing. The layout of the restaurant seems kind of weird. And I don't think anyone has moped because the floors are sticky. The restroom was the nastiest one I've ever been in. The toilet was broke and full of s&#%. My wife said the ladies room was no better. When I finally got my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, it was just a egg and cheese biscuit because the bacon was the size of a thumbnail. Even though this hardees looks like this, it still hasn't turned me away from the franchise like McDonald's has. I don't think they read their reviews cause a lot of this looks like poor to no managment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
